Bishop Roberta E. Moore - Senior Pastor
On July 31, 1987, Bishop Roberta E. Moore and a small group of her family members opened the doors of the first Victory building, under the umbrella of the St. Mark Holy Church of America, Inc., where the late Bishop Townsley, Sr. was the pastor. We were known then as Victory Pentecostal Church. Bishop-Elect Moore and her family joyously marched into 212 Buffalo Avenue and began to establish a wonderful work for the Lord. This young team of Christian workers labored long and hard in the Crown Heights Community, preaching, teaching, praying and singing all to the glory of God. Many young people were drawn to the ministry because of its youthfulness, and many lives were changed. Victory Christian Tabernacle Victory Christian Ministries Inc. is a fast growing, innovative nondenominational ministry in the heart of Brooklyn . The church serves as a beacon of hope to the lost and a revival center to the believer.
Bishop Lydia Blassingame - Executive Pastor
Bishop Lydia P. Blassingame is a servant of
God. She is the Executive Pastor of Victory Christia Ministries Inc. and has served in ministry for over thirtyyears. Bishop Blassingame achievements at Victory Christian Tabernacle, Victory Christian Ministries Inc. are so numerous we can only name a few. She was the first member of the administration department, first member of the finance department; original church clerk. She was also the Sunday School Superintendent and the very first minister to be ordained in Victory Christian Tabernacle, Victory Christian Ministries Inc.

Bishop Roberta E. Moore is the Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Ministries Inc. Victory Christian Tabernacle for over 35 years. Her presentation of the gospel of Jesus Christ is divinely unique which has enabled her to minister across many denominations. Her approachable and non-judgmental persona has endeared her to the many who call her Pastor, while her compassion and ability to tap into the needs of the people has allowed her to be very effective at reaching the unsaved. Bishop Roberta E. Moore's precise, comprehensive, dynamic and fiery presentation of the word of God has made her a much sought after speaker & psalmist around the country.

Our mission is to be a church where God's Love and Grace is understood and extended toward every person. A place where people are free to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ based on Biblical principles rather than man-made doctrines.
The Vision
To exist as a spirit-led ministry that provides every opportunity for every person to encounter and experience the joy of Jesus Christ through the following four expressions:
Worship
Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. Psalm 29:2
Education
Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths. Psalm 25:4
Discipleship
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. What We Believe
We believe in God, The Father Almighty, The Maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
Born of the Virgin Mary, Suffered under Pontius Pilate, Was crucified dead and buried.
On the third day He arose from the dead, He ascended to heaven and sits on the right hand of God, The Father Almighty.
From there He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, The Holy Bible, which is the infallible word of God,
The communion of saints, The forgiveness of sins, The resurrection of the body, Life everlasting. AMEN.
